Research Themes

Our faculty members pursue original research across a wide range of disciplines and questions – from the foundations of physics and the philosophy of technology, to migration, biodiversity, and the nature of wellbeing. This work is organized around six research themes, reflecting the breadth and ambition of inquiry at University College Groningen. The themes are:
