Month of the Majors - Join our Webclass

07 February 2017

What better way to understand what our majors are all about than to join our Webclass? During a 4 week period, you get reading material, we have small assignments for you to hand in and you are guided by our own students.

As a student of University College Groningen, you will not only learn to combine and integrate knowledge from different disciplines and methodologies, you will also be trained to use your creativity and discover different ways of thinking. Together, these skills and insights will prepare you to find innovative solutions for the challenges of our time. The theme of this web class is THE CURRENT REFUGEE CRISIS and in particular the impact this has in and on the Netherlands. During the four weeks of the web class you will learn more about this theme, which we will approach from different perspectives and the different disciplines offered within the Liberal Arts and Sciences curriculum. The aim is that by the end of these 4 weeks, you understand the different perspectives of Liberal Arts and Sciences with which you can approach and understand the difficult challenges of our society, like the topic of the current refugee crisis.

Our Webclass starts on 6 March 6 and ends on the 2nd of April.
