In the news: How do we process news?
In this age of media and news abundance, how do we consume news? Thanks to the internet, social media and mobile phones we have more information than ever just a click away. How do we filter the news we think worthy of consuming from the news that we do not find newsworthy? This week, we want to highlight the topic of media consumption. Watch the video below to see one of our lecturers, dr. Ryan Wittingslow, touch upon the subject of how we process information and filter it. Next to that, he talks about the interdisciplinary projectwork at University College Groningen and why that is of such added value for our students.
