R.P. (Roelof) Hars, MA MSc

Roelof works as a PhD candidate in the Department of Marketing. He started his PhD in 2016, and conducts research in the field of CRM, specifically in customer churn management. Two of his current projects are a meta-analysis of customer churn, and an analysis on cross-buying journeys. Roelof has completed a Master's degree in Marketing (cum laude), and a Research Master's degree in Economics and Business (cum laude), both at the University of Groningen.
