PROGR-S (Psychosis Recent Onset Groninen Survey)   1997-doorlopend; initiator.   Samenwerking UCP en LentisEerste Psychosen Onderzoek bij alle nieuwe patiënten binnen de provincie Groningen.

GROUP-studie (Genetic Risk and Outcome in Psychosis),  Stuurgroep-lid sinds 2010; Sitecoordinator 2003-doorlopend; principal investigator. Samenwerkingsproject AMC, UMCU, Universiteit Maastricht, UMCG: (GGZ Friesland, Lentis, GGZ Drenthe, Dimence, Mediant,  GGNet, Yulius, Parnassia. Status: 2004-heden; 

PHAMOUS-project (Pharmacotherapy Monitoring and Outcome Survey). Projectleider  Ontwikkeling en implementatie Routine Outcome Monitoring  Opzetten cohort studie en uitvoering trials. Deelnemers: RGOc, UCP-UMCG; GGZ Friesland, Lentis, GGZ Drenthe en ROQUA.  Status: 2006 –doorlopend : initiator.

ON the ROAD (Vroegdetectie ZorgInnovatie Programma)                                 RGOc, UCP-UMCG; GGZ Friesland, Lentis, GGZ Drenthe, Mediant, Dimence-Groep. Ontwikkeling en implementatie Vroegdetectie Zorginnovatie Programma van mensen met verhoogd risico op ernstige psychopathologie ; Onderzoek naar predictoren en beloop van mensen met Ultra-Hoog Risico status.   Status: 2016-doorlopend ; mede-initiator/ PI

EU-GEI (The European Network of Schizophrenia Networks for the Study of Gene-Environment Interactions)  Europese studie naar Gen-omgevings-interacties (FP7- Grant) , waarin GROUP participeert.    Status: nu analyses en publicatie;2011-2016 , member Advisory Board. ;
