Professor Woltjer is committed to teaching and capacity building in all disciplines relevant to the spatial sciences. During his career he has been instrumental to the development of various international degree programs, featuring advanced collaboration with international partners for example in he UK, Indonesia, Germany, and the Netherlands. His own course modules focus on sustainable cities, urban geographies, planning theory and practice, infrastructure, water policies, comparative research and international planning, and policy evaluation.
