J.D. (Jonas) Stein, PhD

My dissertation "Reconciling epistemic and demographic diversity" dealt with knowledge exchange, generation, and aggregation in groups, and the way group diversity shapes these processes. I defended the thesis in January 2026.

Since June 2025, I have started a Postdoc under Prof. Carsten de Dreu. My research will combine my own investigations with the broader research agenda of cooperation and conflict in structured populations by Prof. de Dreu.
