Nanocarrier-mediated drug delivery to the brain: G23 peptide-mediated transcytosis of nanocarriers across the blood-brain barrier. Currently focusing on the design of nanocarriers for delivery of therapeutic (macro)molecules for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's disease, and glioblastoma.
