We are interested in the consequences of aneuploidy, an abnormal DNA content affecting 2 out of 3 cancers. By understanding how cancer cells make use of the advantages of aneuploidy and cope with the disadvantages of aneuploidy, we hope to get to therapies that can eradicate aneuploid cancers.
