Elise Kamphuis is economist and she works since 2017 as project leader alumni relations and policy advisor at the department Alumnirelations and philanthropy.

 

Positions held

  • 2013 - 2017: senior Corporate Relations Manager and Internship Coordinator, Careers Company, Faculty of Economics and Business. This involves the following tasks: corporate relations management, facilitating internships, analyzing labour market developments and career advice.
  • 2007 –. 2013:  Coordinator Career Office FEB:

    Establishing and running a career services department for FEB students.

  • 2000 –2007:    Coordinator of the Science Shop of Economics & Business: Managing and coordinating student research projects. The Science shop was involved in a broad range of research projects with economic aspects, like micro-credits,  driving on compressed natural gas, consequences of the GATS for developing countries.

  • 1997 – 2000:   University staff member, University of Groningen:

    Develop cases and advise the faculty of Economics about case teaching.

  • 1989 – 1997:   Course co-coordinator International Economics and Business, Open Universiteit, Heerlen, The Netherlands:

    Developing distance education courses in the field of international economics.
