Elise Kamphuis is economist and she is since 2013 Senior Corporate Relations Manager and Internship Coordinator, Careers Company, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Groningen.  This involves the following tasks:

- corporate relations management
- facilitating internships
- analyzing labour market developments
- career advice


Positions held

  • 2007 –. 2013:  Coordinator Career Office FEB:

Establishing and running a career services department for FEB students.

  • 2000 –2007:    Coordinator of the Science Shop of Economics & Business:

Managing and coordinating student research projects. The Science shop was involved in a broad range of research projects with economic aspects, like micro-credits,  driving on compressed natural gas, consequences of the GATS for developing countries.

  • 1997 – 2000:   University staff member, University of Groningen:

Develop cases and advise the faculty of Economics about case teaching.

  • 1989 – 1997:   Course co-coordinator International Economics and Business, Open Universiteit, Heerlen, The Netherlands:

Developing distance education courses in the field of international economics.
