Danica Petrović holds a degree in architecture and is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Groningen, Center for Media and Journalism Studies, where she investigates the intersections of journalism and space in the context of former Yugoslavia. Her research examines how post-World War II architecture has shaped journalistic practices and creation of the collective identity. Drawing on media studies, architectural history, and spatial theory, she explores the role of built environments in the production and circulation of journalistic narratives within socialist societies.
