  • Professional experience in teaching and education as a teacher and educator in the field of education and psychology (2025 –2026).

Part B. CV SUMMARY

My research focuses on promoting self-regulated learning (SRL) and, within it, enhancing time management (TM) among university students. I combine educational and psychological perspectives by exploring how SRL and TM relate to mental health and well-being, as well as their effects on academic performance.

During my Master’s in Teacher Training, I actively participated in the international Erasmus+ project “Innovation Lab: Transform your teaching with the Digital Advisor Toolkit for Higher Education”, where I developed skills in educational research, teaching innovation, and inclusive education. My tasks included: (1) coordinating the project’s dissemination working group (social media, blog); (2) supporting the coordination of the overall project; (3) actively contributing to project-related publications by writing the first draft of the introduction and Chapter 2 of the eBook, as well as overseeing the general coordination process and conducting the final review of the document; (4) assisting in the development and validation of a questionnaire by conducting cognitive interviews and collecting data in both Spanish and English; (5) supporting the design of a training program for early-career university faculty. These experiences are reflected in the publication “Empowering University Educators for Inclusive Education and Self-Regulated Learning” (Editum, 2025), where I served as coordinator, and in my participation in the 5th International Conference on Leadership and Improvement in Education. These achievements demonstrate my ability to carry out high-quality research in higher education and my strong alignment with the proposed doctoral research project.

Subsequently, during my Master’s in General Health Psychology, I collaborated with the Teacher Education for a Future and Flux faculty academies, which later led to a research contract that is still ongoing. Within this role, my tasks included: (1) developing learning modules and materials for various workshops; (2) contributing to the writing of an edited volume; (3) reviewing and translating materials; (4) delivering workshops for both students and faculty.

At the moment I am also a member of the projects: EMBRACE - Enhancing Mental Balance And a Resilient Academic Community Ecosystem and FutureWell – Strategies to support future teachers’ well-being.
