Dr. Chris Tonelli is an Assistant Professor of Popular Music at the University of Groningen. His research explores music, sound, identity and culture, including questions around gender and representation in popular music.

Ilona Deuring is the Project Manager of European Talent Exchange and DEIA coordinator at ESNS. Her work connects the international music sector with questions around talent development, mobility, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.

Carmen Lisa is an electronic music artist from Friesland who has been active in the scene since 2018. She is co-founder of RIOT, a collective that promotes female talent and works towards a more diverse and inclusive electronic music industry through events, radio, workshops and showcases.

Ebel Jan van Dijk is creative producer and director at Bevrijdingsfestival Groningen. He has been involved with the festival since 2013 and brings extensive experience in festival production and creative programming. He is the owner of BLEND Creatives.

Patrick van Lint has worked in Groningen's cultural sector since 1992, including at Platformtheater, Simplon, and Noorderzon. At Noorderzon, he spent 24 years working on themes such as volunteer policy, accessibility, diversity, and sustainability. He now works, among other things, at ESNS (Crew Handling) and Stichting GROENN (Social Accessibility Advisor).

Prof. dr. Floor Rink is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the University of Groningen. Her research focuses on organisational behaviour, with particular expertise in diversity, governance, status, power and cooperation.
