Inaugural speech
Fill in the Facilities request form for inaugural speeches to reserve facilities for your inaugural speech. Please note: you must submit this Facilities request form at least 10 working days before your inaugural speech.
PhD ceremony
Fill in the Facilities request form for PhD ceremonies to reserve facilities for your PhD ceremony. To reserve one of our reception rooms, we recommend that you submit your request at least six weeks before the date of your ceremony. You can provide the final number of guests and your catering preferences up to two weeks prior to your ceremony.
