VTK in the Reality Theatre

The easy way, for static data

• Generate OpenInventor 2.0 file with vtkIVExporter, extension .iv
  This file format is supported by Performer and can be viewed by Saranav in the Reality Cube  
  To be used with vtk/tcl, see (rugVTK-)example.

• Generate VRML97- file with vtkVRMLExporter, extension .wrl. This file format can be viewed in the Reality Theatre or on your own desktop with VRMLVIEW.

vtkActorToPF by Paul Raijlich VTK is called in the same program as CAVE software, so CAVE input devices can directly 'talk' to VTK.
