Text required at the Research Group level

The Standard Evaluation Protocol (SEP) and the RuG Protocol define what information is required for each participating research group. The list below provides the headings and subheadings to be used, the contents required (mainly following the SEP), and a length suggestion and/or length limit. The length suggestions and limits do not include the tables.

The Standard Evaluation Protocol contains a checklist of Assessment Criteria to be used by the Peer Review Committee. (See http://www.qanu.nl/comasy/uploadedfiles/sep2003-2009.pdf pp. 39--41.) Please make sure you address these criteria in your text.

All text below in brackets [] is comment only, not to be repeated in your contribution.

Where applicable, the section numbers as used in the old VSNU self-evaluation reports are given, in case you wish to re-use and update text from these reports; these sections are labelled: "VSNU:". 

Sections labelled "SEP:" are slightly paraphrased quotes from the Standard Evaluation Protocol.

There is no specific personnel policy at the level of the Research Group. Recruitment, selection, training, personal development opportunities, mobility and exchange policies are determined at the level of the institute, the faculty or the university.
