De Stichting De Cock -Hadders geeft jaarlijks een financiële bijdrage van EUR€250.000,= aan ongeveer 60 wetenschappelijk onderzoeksprojecten

Granted in 2019:

  • Matilda Arvidsson-Kvissberg: “Treatment of  malnutrition-induced hepatic dysfunction  by modulation of nuclear receptors FXR and PPARa”

  • Dicky Struik :“Treatment of type 2 diabetes by targeting MAPK-dependent negative feedback”

  • Anna Bertolini: “Improvement of Fxr-Fgf15 signaling and bile acid homeostasis by means of fexaramine and polyethylene glycol in a cystic fibrosis mouse model”

  • Martijn Rutten: "The role of SIRT1 in the development of genome instability in Glycogen Storage Disease Type Ia (GSD Ia)"

  • Hilde de Vries: " A new function for FXR in cholesterol metabolism?"

  • Marcel Vieira Lara: "A matter of fat: disentangling lipid-induced insulin resistance".
