How Nature meets Nurture. Metametabolic maps, multifactorial disease and inborn errors of metabolism

In this presentation we shall discuss how, in principle, molecular networking might complicate the phenomenon 'disease'. We shall show that diseases can be multifactorial in more than one way and how this reduces the power of Genome Wide Association Studies.
