Public Engagement Seed Fund now open for applications
As part of the Open Science programme, the University of Groningen and the UMCG have introduced a seed fund for public engagement. The fourth round of the fund is now open. The deadline for applications is 14 November 2025 at 1 p.m.
The seed fund offers academic staff at the University of Groningen and the UMCG the opportunity to receive up to €5,000 for public engagement projects to actively involve a wider audience in their research. The total budget for the incentive fund is €30,000.
