About this event
On 12th of July, the first images from the NASA/ESA James Webb Space Telescope will be released! Join us for talks from involved astronomers and project scientists who will explain the science behind the mission -- and discuss the new images and explain them too you as they are relased to the world for the first time in this once in a generation event.

The event will be held in the DOT planetarium starting with some short talks, followed by the Images shown on the dome, and then plenty of time to meet, mingle, and chat with the scientists involved.

This event is free of charge and open to anyone interested!

This official ESA JWST event is sponsored by the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute, SRON, and NOVA.
