Talent grants and faculty scholarship
The Faculty of Philosophy offers talent grants of €5000 to talented international applicants of the Research Master. Every year, a maximum of three grants are allocated, two for the September intake and one for the February intake.
The grants are awarded to the best applicants from outside the EU/EEA, to be determined by the Faculty’s board of admissions.
Non-EU/EEA applicants to the Research Master Philosophy are automatically considered for a talent grant; no additional application is required.
All non-EU/EEA master students registered at the Faculty of Philosophy receive a faculty scholarship covering 50% of the tuition fee in the first year. Non-EU/EEA Research Master students are also eligible for a 50% faculty scholarship for the second year of their programme, subject to the Terms and conditions faculty scholarship.
