Must I archive my thesis chapter again after publication?

I archieved several chapters of my thesis as (yet) unpublished manuscripts. Do I need to provide a new archive file if I publish a chapter as a journal paper at a later stage?

Yes

Thesis chapters and published papers are considered separate items. The manuscript version of a chapter as published in a thesis will usuallly differ from the final, accepted version of a journal publication. A new data archive with the updated manuscript, datasets and scripts is required.
