Two FSE programmes receive Erasmus Mundus label
Two double degree programmes from the Faculty of Science and Engineering have again been awarded the Erasmus Mundus label. It concerns the Erasmus Mundus Master in Evolutionary Biology (MEME) and the Erasmus Mundus Master in Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modeling (TCCM). Erasmus Mundus masters are offered by consortia of cooperating universities. Students spend time at at least two partner universities and generally receive a double degree upon completion of the programme.
The Erasmus Mundus label counts as a label of excellence. Only high quality degree programmes are eligible for this. There is also a very selective admission process for students. Very important: students who are admitted to a programme can be eligible for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
In the MEME programme, five universities participate. The UG is the coordinator of the MEME consortium. Nine universities participate in the TCCM programme, where the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid is the driving force.Last modified: | 23 August 2019 6.49 p.m. |
