Evaluation criteria and flowchart

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Educational and professional background, including compatibility of the applicant’s Master’s research and previous professional activities with the profile and demands of the DSSC program (40% of the evaluation score).

  • Compatibility of research interests, specifically the candidate’s motivation to conduct a project at the DSSC, career ambitions and fit with the DSSC research areas (40% of the evaluation score).

  • Complementary skills such as communication and English language, creativity, independence and leadership (20% of the evaluation score).

Career breaks due to maternity/parental leave will not be considered by the evaluators.  No considerations of race, religious belief, gender, civil status, disability will influence the evaluation process.
