During this seminiar Prof. Dr. Vedder and Prof. Dr. Weishaar will offer comparative insights on the References and precedent in the Court’s case law and on Administrative monopolies.

Prof. Dr. Philipsen The more economic approach in EU Competition Law: A Critical Perspective Professor of Shifts in Private and Public Regulation (Erasmus School of Law, Rotterdam) and Vice Director of the Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research, Maastricht University and Adjunct Professor at the School of Law and Economics, China University of Political Science and Law.

Prof. Dr. Wu Is Anticompetitive Effect a Key Element for Determining Monopoly Agreements? - the Different Views from Courts and Enforcement Agencies Professor of Law and Director of the Research Center of Digital Economy and Law and Chairman of the Committee of School Affairs of the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics.
