Seminar

This seminar is organized by the Probability and Statistics group of the University of Groningen, whose members are broadly interested in Statistics, Probability, Discrete Mathematics, Convex Geometry and the interactions of these fields. The seminar is attended by our group members and our guests.

To the attention of speakers who give an online talk: We use Zoom. The link will be sent to you some time before the talk. If, a few hours ahead, you still did not receive it, simply write to Gilles. Please connect 5 minutes prior to the talk so that we can test the audio, video and screen sharing. The audience gathers in one room where the talk will be streamed. Feel free to share the link with other people who might be interested. Unless requested by the speaker, the talk is not recorded. Talks last up to 45 minutes, with additional time for discussion. The beginning should be understandable to Master students. Please send a title at your earliest convenience, and an abstract at least 10 days in advance.
