Welcome to Groningen! The Office of the Dean of Graduate Schools organizes a special retreat for new PhD students from all across the RUG to get them acquainted with each other, the university and its surroundings. This 1.5 day activity takes place at the Allersmaborg , situated near the village of Ezinge in the Northern Dutch countryside. Participation is free but limited to groups of ca. 20 participants. All new PhD students should take part within the first three months of their project. To sign up, fill out the form on the website.
