Personal Information Form

Every participant needs to fill in the Personal Information Form (PIF). The PIF is an online form. Your personal link to this form will be send to you in a specific email.

In this form you need to give the following information:

• Personal details and Pasport information
• Information where you are staying 1 day prior and 1 day after the expedition. In case of an emergency and we cannot reach you directly, we will notify the hotel we have on file.
• Flight information
• Insurance information
• Emergency contact
• Medical details. Note that there will be a doctor on board
• If you want to rent boots

It is possible to safe the file and continue filling in information at a later moment.

Please fill in the PIF before 1st of April.
