Francesco Quarta (University of Bologna) Visiting Fellow GCEFSL

From October until December 2019 Dr. Francesco Quarta will conduct research at the Groningen Centre for European Financial Services Law as a visiting fellow. He is assistant professor of private law and principles of law at the University of Bologna and a member of the Bank's of Italy permanent alternative dispute resolution body in banking and financial matters (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF)).
