GCEFSL researchers conduct the European Parliament study in the field of anti-money laundering
Prof. Olha Cherednychenko, prof. Femke de Vries and prof. Heinrich Winter from the Groningen Centre for European Financial Services Law (GCEFSL), together with the T.M.C. Asser Institute, have been afwarded the project for the European Parliament in the field of anti-money laundering (tender EPRS/IMPT/SER/15/012N). The project will study the impact of the liberalisation of trade in financial services between the EU and third countries in Africa, America, Asia and Europe on money laundering, tax evasion and elusion and provide recommendation for combatting these practices.
