After placement
I received an email about being placed for Exchange. What now?
Please wait until we have nominated you (you can see when that happened in Mobility Online). Nomination is a process of us informing our partners about the students placed for their exchange programme. We have more than 100 partners and all of them have different systems and deadlines to nominate students. That is why this process takes a lot of time. All students will be nominated before the deadline of their host university.
After you have been nominated, you will receive a confirmation email from your host university with instructions regarding the application procedure and other relevant information.
You will also receive an invitation for a mandatory pre-departure info session, where we will explain all the procedures to follow.
Can I get in touch with other students going to the same university?
​While filling in the application form, you will be asked to inform us if you wish to be brought in contact with other students going on exchange to the same university. On 1 March (outside of Europe) or on 14 April (Erasmus), you will receive an email from us with the email addresses of the other interested students.
I missed the application deadline. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately, late applications will not be accepted. You will be able to apply next year.
