Our LLM in Global Criminal Law equips you to understand and apply criminal law – both substantive and procedural – in today’s globalised world. The programme addresses pressing forms of criminality, including organised, transnational, and international crime. What makes this programme unique is its two-fold focus:

  • You will gain in-depth knowledge of substantive and procedural criminal law from a comparative and international perspective.
  • You will specialise in specific areas of criminal behaviour such as organised and financial crime, cybercrime, and international crimes.

This is more than a degree – it is a gateway to a meaningful international career in law, policy, or practice.

If you would like to know more about the Global Criminal Law LLM programme, you are welcome to particpate in our free online webclass, and/or join one of our Masters Week presentations for the programme. You can also watch a recording of our most recent (online) masters week presentation here.
