Dr. H.H. Voogsgeerd

Herman Voogsgeerd holds degrees in law and in contemporary history from the University of Groningen. Subsequently he worked for two years at the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg. He presently works as a Senior Lecturer in International Political Economy (Faculty of Arts) and in Company and Labour law (Faculty of Law). His research interests focus on social and economic developments in the EU, corporate governance of large firms including worker involvement and international and European labour law. He obtained a doctorate in EU law at the University of Groningen in October 2000.
