Dimitry Kochenov on citizenship by investment in Russia
Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) participated in a prime-time BBC World Radio talk show 'Vam slovo' (in Russian) to discuss the first proposals of the Russian migration service to introduce a citizenship by investment scheme in the Russian Federation. Not so long ago Prof. Kochenov participated in the discussions with the European Commission regarding the fine-tuning of that programme in the context of EU law as a member of the Maltese delegation.
