Dimitry Kochenov comments on Rescue Package for Fundamental Rights

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) contributed a critical piece to an ongoing debate concerning a recent proposal to reform EU Citizenship's involvement in the protection of human rights in the EU 'Reverse Solange', submitted by Prof. Armin von Bogdandy, of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public and International law, which appeared in the Verfassungsblog of the Berlin Institute’s for Advanced Studies (Wissenschaftskolleg) Research Network on Legal Culture(s) “Law in Context”. Joining a distinguished group of commentators, including Professors Peter Lindseth, Wojciech Sadurski, Daniel Thym, Daniel Halberstam, Antje Wiener and Renata Uitz, Dimitry outlines the pros and cons of the Heidelberg proposal.
