With this course, you can improve the skills you need for the important and challenging role of supervisor, guide and coach of PhD candidates, no matter if you are new to this role, or you already have experience. During the course, you will further develop mentoring skills and strategies, which will help you to support, inspire, and guide your candidate towards success. You will learn what your role is in the shared journey of PhD supervision, explore what it means to take a person-centred approach, and discover how to become a role model for your candidate.
