Marije aan het Rot receives grant for research on effect of alcohol on empathic behaviour.

Marije aan het Rot received a research grant of €5000 from the Kennisinstituut Bier. Her research will focus on the effect of alcohol on empathic behaviour and how this differs between men and women. Marije aan het Rot is Associate Professor at the department of Clinical Psychology and Experimental Psychopathology.

The Kennisinstituut Bier awards an annual research grant for research into moderate alcohol consumption within in a healthy lifestyle. At the end of 2020 the scholarship will be awarded for the sixth time.
