Green Office map shows sustainable shops & restaurants in Groningen
The RUG Green Office created a map of sustainable shops, restaurants and green initiatives in Groningen. The Green Office coordinates and initiates projects related to sustainability at the University of Groningen, and to inspire sustainable living. The map was created to help students, staff and Groningen citizens find sustainable shops, organic restaurants and green hotspots. The map is available in English so that international students and employees can find the locations as well.
The map shows over 60 sustainable spots in Groningen. Some examples of the locations on the map are: KokoToko, Stardust and Fairback for sustainable clothes and items; Wereldburgers, Anat and BlaBla for deliciously healthy meals, and Frankville and Toentje as inspiring green social spaces.
You can pick up your free copy of the map from the Green Office Headquarters at Oude Kijk in ‘t Jatstraat 39,opened daily from 1 to 5PM.
