Sasha Zhernakova appointed Associate professsor
Alexandra (Sasha) Zhernakova, PhD, MD, has been appointed an associate professor per 1 April 2017. Her research field covers the genetic and environmental factors involved in the development of autoimmune and gastrointestinal diseases and of ageing.
The Management Team and department warmly congratulate Sasha with this major achievement!
She was recently awarded an ERC Starting grant to study “
