A new approach to nuisance neighbours

Increasing urbanization often causes tension in society. For example, nuisance caused by neighbours. When nuisance becomes intolerable, eviction often seems the only solution. But often this just means shifting the problem. Is there another solution? And if so, which legal instruments are required. Michel Vols and other Groninger academics address these issues.
