Dimitry Kochenov: 'Annexation Crimean peninsula by the Russian Federation illegal'

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave an interview on the illegality of the annexation of the Crimean peninsula by the Russian Federation in the prime-time news programme on Dozhd' Channel, the last remaining Russian TV station escaping the direct control of Mr. Putin. In the interview, which was prepared by the BBC Russian service, Prof. Kochenov strongly argued against the legality of the annexation and intervention (in Russian).
