Appointment of Martha Roggenkamp as independent legal expert
The Danish Minister of Climate, Energy and Housing Martin Lidegaard has appointed Prof. dr. Martha M. Roggenkamp of the Groningen Centre of Energy Law as a member of a committee that will assess the regulation of the Danish electricity sector. The committee will report to the Minister in 2014.
The committee consists of members representing the interests of the Danish electricity sector and four independent experts. Professor Roggenkamp is appointed as an independent legal expert with special knowledge of the EU electricity sector
