27th Annual Conference of the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE)
Edwin Woerdman presented a paper on emissions trading for households at the 27th Annual Conference of the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) that was held from the 23rd to the 25th of September 2010 at the University Paris 2 Panthéon Assas in Paris.
This is the first paper on expanding the current EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) to households in which law and economics is explicitly and systematically combined with behavioral science. Woerdman wrote the paper together with social psychologist Jan Willem Bolderdijk, also from the University of Groningen.
