Prof.dr. C.G.M. Sterks appointed Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau
On Thursday 29 April 2010 Cees Sterks received a Royal Decoration. He was appointed Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau. Cees Sterks has been connected to the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Groningen since 1978, first as honorary professor in Local Government Economics and subsequently as professor in Economics of the Public Sector.
Sterks is regarded as an extraordinarily strong and inspiring academic leader with outstanding expertise and prestige.
