Student of Business Economics Thijsje Oenema to skate 500m in Vancouver
This afternoon, speed-skater Thijsje Oenema, BSc student of Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, beat Marianne Timmer in a race for a ticket for the Olympic 500 meters in Vancouver. Both of her races were faster than her opponent's: 39,41/39,66 against 40,29/40,36.
The faculty wishes her all the best for the Olympic Games!
