Research Centre CIC presents model that predicts withdrawing of customers
Most customers do not keep the same supplier forever, so companies need information on which customers threaten to leave. To predict this, the Customer Insights Center (CIC) at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Groningen developed a model, called the 'churn model'. On this topic the CIC organizes a seminar for marketing managers on Wednesday 7 May 2008 in Leusden.
