1 Oct: Application NON-EU student

Starting in February

For students from all other nationalities than: Australia, Canada, EU/EEA countries, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, UK, Vatican City, United States of America, South Korea.

1. After being nominated by the home university, the student receives information from the Office for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Arts on how to apply for an exchange, for accommodation, dates and other practical matters.
2. Student applies in Mobility Online, before the deadline. The required documents to upload in the Mobilty Online application are for all exchange students:
   1. Official academic transcript, in English, showing credits and grades so far;
   2. English language certificate (see Language requirements);
   3. Motivation letter in English (300 words);
   4. Copy of passport or EU identity card (valid on the start date of exchange);
   5. Study Skills overview* (provided by University of Groningen);
      If applicable:
   6. Language test results for other languages*;
   7. Copy of bachelor’s degree*.
