Where do I find my course and exam schedule?

Once you know which courses you are going to take you can use the schedule generator to check your timetable.

What do I do if there's overlap in my schedule or in exams?

Where do I find my homework?

Course programmes, seminar groups and homework will all be communicated through the Student Portal under My Courses.

Where do I enrol for seminar groups?

If you haven't already, you should log in to the Student Portal to enrol for seminar groups.

I need some Mobility documents signed

It is possible that your home university provides documents that need to be signed by us. Generally the required documents will be:

• Confirmation of Arrival
• Learning Agreement/Before Mobility Form
• Changes Form/During Mobility Form
• After Mobility Form

These forms can be emailed to exchange.in.arts rug.nl for a signature.
