Team assignment
There are four steps you need to follow to complete a team assignment:
Step 1: Indicate your choice regarding the different team assignments Towards the end of the first block, you will be asked to submit your project preferences in form of an application (CV and cover letter). The teams will be formed, if possible, on the basis of interest in the offered project. In general, the aim is to form teams in which the knowledge and skills required to fulfill the assignment are represented. |

Step 2: Acquaintance with team, client and assignment At the start of the project, you become acquainted with the client and the assignment, which is then further explored via interactions between the team and the client. During the project you have a few meetings with your client and your team is coached by a supervisor from the faculty. We expect an initiating, cooperative, and responsible attitude from the team, culminating in a professional oral and written presentation to the client. |
Step 3: Create a plan and execute it under supervision The team assignment starts after the client and the supervisor have approved the plan. The agreements are recorded in a project plan and carried out according to the methodology of project-based work. |
Step 4: Completion with presentation, final advice, or product and reflection report The project ends with an oral presentation of the advice or product to the client. In addition, there are two written products, namely a final product in a form that has been agreed in the project plan, and a personal reflection report. In the reflection report the student looks critically at the group process and his / her /their own role in it. The final advice or product must meet the following criteria:
